Periann Billingsley Receives Broker Associate License November 17, 2006
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Churchill-Brown & Associates announced today that Periann Billinglsey has been awarded a Broker Associate license by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission after having completed 75 hours of advanced real estate education requirements and passing the State of Oklahoma licensing exam for real estate brokers. Billingsley has been licensed by the State of Oklahoma as a Real Estate Sales Associate since 1997.

Periann Billingsley Earns GRI Designation December 9, 2003
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Churchill-Brown & Associates has announced sales associate Periann Pulliam Billingsley has been awarded the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation by the REALTOR® Institute of Oklahoma. Billingsley received this honor after successfully completing 100 hours of specialized education and testing outlined by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The REALTOR® Institute of Oklahoma, conducted by the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®, was developed to satisfy the need for a more comprehensive and effective learning experience in various phases of real estate including investment, professional standards, finance, taxation, real estate and contract law, appraising, residential and commercial construction, marketing, technology, and cultural diversity.
The GRI designation is a nationally recognized designation showing the public that holders of the honor are dedicated REALTORS® prepared to offer more professional service and to elevate the standards of the real estate industry. Of the over 20,000 licensed real estate professional in Oklahoma, only 752 have obtained the GRI designation. Billingsley, who has provided professional real estate services to the Oklahoma City Metro area for over 6 years, successfully completed all six courses of the program to earn the GRI designation. She also received the Talova Jones Dean’s Award two times during the program. The award is presented to the student earning the highest grade in each course.
