EXPERIENCE:
Paul and Periann's combined nineteen years of real estate experience began in 1996. Prior to entering real estate, Paul's eight years as Vice President of a $15 million software publishing and distribution company demanded that he wear many, many occupational "hats", and Periann was the Operations Coordinator for a local photofinishing company for six years where she juggled multiple responsibilities while overseeing 6 lab/studio locations. In January 2001, after four years as Paul's part-time REALTOR® partner in addition to her full-time management position with a local computer training company, Periann entered real estate full-time. While maintaining an active role in real estate, Paul is currently Vice President of Higher Education for The American Education Corporation.

Paul was Churchill-Brown's Associate of the Year for 1999. Periann was Churchill-Brown's Associate of the Year for 2002. In 2004 and 2005, Paul and Periann were ranked in the top 20% of Producers for Churchill-Brown.

EDUCATION:
Paul & Periann are both graduates of Oklahoma State University with Bachelors Degrees in Business Administration and Journalism, respectively.

Both are licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission as Broker Associates. Periann is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® institute and holds the prestigious GRI designation. Less than 4% of real estate licensees in the state hold the GRI designation.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:
Paul & Periann are active members in the National Association of REALTORS®, the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®, and the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® where Paul served as a member of the REALTOR® Education Committee, and Periann serves on the Chairman's Advisory Group for the MLS. Periann is responsible for technology training at Churchill-Brown.

INTERESTS:
Paul and Periann hold advanced SCUBA diving certifications from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). They enjoy photography (both on land and underwater), traveling, remodeling their home, golf, and supporting Special Olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The American Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity.

PERSONAL:
Paul originates from Texas and moved to Ponca City, OK with his family while in jr. high school. Periann's family relocated to Oklahoma from Tennessee when she was eight and eventually settled in Lawton, OK.

Paul and Periann met while attending Oklahoma State University and have been OKC residents since 1988. They are the proud parents of two English Setters, Murfee and Pete, and love spending time with their 16 nieces and nephews.
